The Garmire Laboratory in the Department of Computational Medicine & Bioinformatics is seeking a Bioinformatician-Intermediate to develop and apply deep-learnng and machine learning methods to integrate genomics, pathology, and electronic health record data for disease diagnosis and prediction analysis. This position will also provide management opportunities to guide the work of students and staff.

- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Two years working experience as full time professional.
