Webinar: Inter Partes Review (IPR)

MichBio’s IP & Legal committee members will be hosting a webinar regarding Inter Partes Review. The current state of Inter Partes Review (IPR) before the United States Patent and Trademark Office will be discussed. Attention will be given to the most current challenges facing patent holders and strategies for drafting and prosecuting patent applications in view of these challenges. In addition, patent invalidation practice updates will be discussed in China and in Europe.
