SCHEDULE AND LOGISTICS

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Freight to and from the Lansing Center can be coordinated directly with the Center. Contact information to follow.

SET UP AND TEAR DOWN

Exhibit Hall access begins at 6:30 AM on the day of the event. All booths are expected to be completely set up by 8:00 AM. There may be limited access to the exhibit hall the day before the event - time and availability TBD.

Tear down should take place following evening reception - at 7:00 PM. No booths should begin teardown prior to 5:30 PM.

LOADING DOCK

The Exhibit hall has access to dedicated industrial roll-up doors at the loading dock. Parking at the loading dock is limited and all vehicles must be moved to the general parking area following uploading.

Loading dock doors will close at 7:30 AM and will not open again until 7:00 PM.
